Staging first begins with your property's exterior appearance, often referred to as "curb appeal".  The exterior makes the first all important impression, it's like the gift wrapping on the gift.  A potential buyer may just drive by and not even want to see the interior if the exterior doesn't impress them. 

The first impression creates an interest in the buyer and excitement to know what the interior or the gift of your home looks like.  How you decorate to live in your home and how you prepare it for selling are completely different.  You now want to draw the buyers attention to the space and size of the rooms and highlight unique architectural features of your home. I will help you acheive this at no cost to you.  I offer complimentary staging service to all my listing clients. Professional stagers normally charge approximately $100 for the initial consultation and $75 for each additional hour of actual staging. I am pleased to do this at no charge as my goal is for you to receive top price for your home in the least amount of time.
